Clacton Fireworks is an online platform where customers can browse, reserve and collect fireworks from our store during the legally permitted fireworks selling periods.

To purchase or reserve fireworks, you must:

We reserve the right to request valid photographic identification before releasing any fireworks.
3. Fireworks Reservations
This website allows customers to reserve fireworks for collection.
Submitting a reservation does not guarantee product availability.
A reservation is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from Clacton Fireworks.
We reserve the right to refuse, amend or cancel any reservation where necessary, including where products become unavailable or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
4. Selling Seasons
Fireworks are available only during the legally permitted selling periods unless otherwise authorised by law.
Outside these periods, customers may browse products, but reservations will not be available.
The website will indicate whether reservations are currently open or closed.
5. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices and images displayed on this website are accurate and up to date.
Product images are primarily supplied by the respective manufacturers or distributors and are used to represent the products available for reservation.
From time to time, manufacturers may update product packaging, branding or artwork without prior notice. As a result, the product received may differ slightly in appearance from the image shown while remaining the same product.
Although we endeavour to ensure all information is accurate, errors or omissions may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing or availability before confirming a reservation.

- All prices displayed on this website are in Pounds Sterling (£).
- Prices include VAT where applicable.

7. Stock Availability

If a reserved product becomes unavailable, we may:

- Amend the reservation after contacting you; or
- Cancel the reservation.
8. Collection
Fireworks must be collected from our designated collection point during the selected collection period.
Customers may be required to present:
- Reservation confirmation;
- Valid photographic identification; and
- Proof of age where requested.
Failure to collect your reservation within the agreed collection period may result in cancellation of the reservation.
9. Age Verification
It is illegal to sell adult fireworks to anyone under the age of 18.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy.
If you appear to be under 25 years of age, you may be asked to provide valid photographic identification.
Accepted forms of identification include:
- Passport;
- UK Driving Licence; or
- PASS Accredited Card.
If satisfactory identification cannot be provided, we reserve the right to refuse the sale.
10. Safe Use of Fireworks
Customers are responsible for the safe transport, storage and use of fireworks after collection.
Always:
- Read and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
- Observe the recommended safety distances.
- Keep fireworks away from children.
- Store fireworks in a cool, dry place.
- Use fireworks responsibly and legally.
Clacton Fireworks accepts no responsibility for damage, injury or loss arising from the misuse, improper storage or unlawful use of fireworks after collection.
11. Cancellations
Reservations may be cancelled before collection by contacting us as soon as possible.
If payment has been made, any refund will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation where required by law or where these Terms have been breached.
12. Returns
Due to the nature of fireworks, products cannot normally be returned after collection unless they are faulty, damaged at the time of collection, or supplied in error.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
13. Website Availability
While we aim to keep this website available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We reserve the right to suspend, modify, update or withdraw any part of the website without prior notice.
We shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
