How to request a return or refund

Send your request, including your reservation number and a brief description of the issue, to sales@clactonfireworks.co.uk. Our sales team will review your request and reply with the next steps.

For safety and legal reasons we can only accept unopened, undamaged fireworks in their original packaging. Please do not attempt to return fireworks by post.
