Age Restricted Sales

Selling fireworks is strictly age-restricted by law, and Clacton Fireworks is committed to responsible retailing. It is illegal to sell most fireworks to anyone under the age of 18, and we will always refuse a sale where we cannot confirm a customer's age.

To protect young people, we operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you appear to be under 25, you will be asked to show valid photo identification when you collect your reservation. Acceptable forms of ID include a current photocard driving licence, a valid passport, or a PASS-accredited proof-of-age card showing the PASS hologram. Please bring suitable ID with you, as we cannot hand over fireworks without it.
